Mini quests

So I like the mini quests but the the time line is unrealistic. 5 days to cook 3 dishes to 3 star mastery. I have to depend on meat that refreshes in two hours, customers wanting water for soy sauce, and cooking one component to cook a dish and total cook time is 4 hours I have to do this with consistency or use up all my gem. I have a camp stove with two dishes I cant cook because I ran out of time. I get time management but I play when I have time please take that into consideration when building mini quests.
