Fun but too many problems

I really like the game but I agree with everyone elses complaints. Also I dont like the fact that when I fill my counters up, close the game for like five minutes, come back and the food is gone. It should take at least half to time it took to make the dish, to sell it. I tried blocking the door like I did in the last game but that doesnt work.
