Not user friendly. Way too difficult to attain goals. Games main goal is to have user spend money on gems. Support team is good for nothing. Too difficult to get an answer to a problem or any help for that matter. It’s very disappointing, and time consuming. I’ve read other reviews and see that I’m not telling you anything new. It can be fun ! Why isn’t it so?

Its not working on my iPad Air I want to play it can someone help me

This game used to be so much fun-with many different kinds of goals and new recipes appearing all the time. Now it's boring, just cruise after cruise and they're difficult to complete in time. We need more variety and goals back! Years ago, the description of this app said “more levels coming soon” and that hasn’t happened yet. Will there ever be more levels? Will you bring back the challenges and more new recipes? It would be great if they brought updates and variety and I would love to see old recipes we missed out on mastering come back.

I played this game 4-ish years ago and I have recently rediscovered how relaxing and darling this game is. There are frequent events and extras to keep you busy and entertained. Highly recommended

I have had to reload this game 4 different times( for different reasons) over a number of years. Initially I loved this game but each time I started from the beginning it has become impossible to get very far without spending a ton of money on this free game. I’m almost ready to delete and find something else.

I love playing this game don’t get me wrong but the negatives outweigh the positives.it looks like the game has been abandoned by developers.some tasks are hard to achieve because you have to wait hours for ingredients to restock plus hours for food to be ready.i keep getting hearts from the prom queen but i cant find the recipe to make the food.i have only been playing for about two years and when i started noticing the flaws i did my own research thats why i came to the conclusion of the game being abandoned.the game in itself visually wise is just beautiful.i love watching the customers come and go and decorating but you developers need to do better.

I really like this game minus all the bugs. Why did they stop supporting it. 😞

I honeslty love the graphics and the animations styles I played the very first one and it’s okay yk I stopped playing due to crashes but this one helps my mental peace and I love it good 5 star review KEEP up the work can’t wait to progress and level up updating daily challenges would be cool

The orientation is all wrong. The screen is severely off center and is unplayable on my device. Are devs still working on this app? Uninstalled.

No internet

After I experienced the screen glitch, I saw other people talking about it too. I should have written this review a long time ago. So yes, the screen keeps turning, but what about the part of how it takes us to our quest list and when we click the X we can’t go out of it? I literally CANNOT play the game. And come on it’s been six years since you’ve updated this. Plus, you’re not even reading our reviews. So, this is the worst game ever. Anyone who has it, just delete it— oh wait, you don’t need to! It seems to be glitching or does not work on iPads .

Game is fun to play but developers do not fix issues such as screen shifting and buttons on right are in middle of screen making it difficult to play game. Will not play any other games by this developer due to no responses on fixing issues with their games!!!

Haven’t been able to play the game for a week now because it just keeps glitching. Just went ahead and deleted it.

It won’t let you connect to Facebook to save your progress. I’ve switched phones and just all my progress because I couldn’t save my progress or link it to Facebook.

I really like this game, but I don’t like is it takes forever for upgraded things to finish like the garden? It took ages for it to get done and now I’m working hard on the supermarket which is taking even longer.

This game is fine but I can’t close the to-do list and the screen and facing the wrong way, you need to update this so it gets a one star from. I won’t download it again until it’s fixed

Unplayable on iPad

It's so old it wouldn't DARE let me reconnect it to FaceBook, despite also being connected to gamecenter. Have to start over every time I installed it, only for me to give up n keep it on this thing, despite the data and fact it only runs when connected to the internet. It still runs, though.

This game was awesome but it was hard to even get to level 8 and it glitched and wouldn’t let customers in when I got to level 12!

I love the game, If I had to choose one thing about this game that was negative, I would have to say that it is way too hard to level up with the expansion and the food storage amount.

I absolutely love this game. Next best game in line after Cafe World if you ask me. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend 💯✅

I just wish all the stoves had recipes for them, I just put the bbq grill and the campfire stove just too see there’s no recipes for them! What a rip off!

i really like this game it’s fun, but there’s a glitch. even though all my tables are open everytime a customer comes in, it says the tables are all taken. for some reason only one person can sit at a time even though i have like 10 tables?

I played restaurant story one for years. I just started playing. Rs2. A couple small things that I don’t like are trying to pick up the tips which are hearts in 2. Also, retrieving tips from my own shop is annoying. It was much easier with the coins as they are bigger and you don’t have to change your screen. Size to tap. I think managing the food is entertaining. I don’t have any idea how to play these side games and trying to find any answers in the forum is very difficult for specific questions. I have asked questions, but I get no answer. They don’t seem to be extra doors for sale as in rs1. That was one of the best features-being able to have two lines coming in and out. I really like that you pay once to change your design rather than having to re-buy every tile or wall. That was a great addition. The neighbor situation is much easier now that you just need to push a button, it’s also easy to hide that neighbor request for yourself. That alleviates people being inundated with neighbor requests. All in all, this is still a great game. You have to admit, though, it would take a lifetime to play if you’re trying to play for free.

Can’t play or enjoy the ame because it’s always crashing

Recently been having no troubles playing this game today I ran into a problem I am playing it with Wi-Fi Connected and it’s telling me Wait a Minute this game is an online game and needs to be connected to Wi-Fi once connected Please Try Again it’s connected please fix this I love this game and want to continue to play it

When is the game going to expand levels, past level 60. The hot dog van, ferris wheel, fishing boat still has not been added, even though it always state coming soon. System has a new cruise, but states have to level 1000 to start. I am already at the max 60. I can make all the meals with the snowballs but cannot start the cruise challenge.

After a few hours of playing, the game has changed orientation to portrait mode and will not change back. Have tried everything. Game is unplayable now, can’t tap on anything or move. When I was able to play, everything was too expensive. Almost impossible to make enough food and earn money. Don’t waste your time.

You can only see it in portrait mode, and even then when you try to scroll in a certain direction it will go the opposite way.

I had this game a long time ago and I lost everything so I had to restart it. I tried to load it on my third device but it wouldn’t let me love the game. It’s kinda challenging and hard but I have to work really hard at it.

Very disappointed. Downloaded this app on my iPad Pro. It doesn’t work at all. I can’t tap on anything with either my finger nor the pencil and the orientation is completely off doesn’t work in vertical or horizontal orientations.

Idk if this is a glitch or not but I was playing this game and there was a lot of things that I need to go back and it won’t let me go back so I got so mad and gave this game 1 star because the button I can’t press. Please fix this problem. I cAnT tAkE tHiS aNyMoRe😭

The game has a serious glitch and I reinstalled it but it’s still not working properly..one part of the screen is turned horizontal the other part is turned vertical never seen a glitch like that before..I hope it can be fixed I tried everything now it’s just irritating me and I cant play the game
